Tein CS Height Adjustment
Has anyone tried adjusting the height of their Teins? Is it fairly simple? I need to adjust the height on the rear of my sedan now that the springs has settled.
I briefly tried it but couldn't even budge the upper lock nut w/ the clamp that came w/ my Tein CS. Do I need to hit the clamp w/ a hammer to loosen the lock nut?
Feedback appreciated.

before you loosen it measure your threads to note how high your lower
collar (also known as your locking collar) is so that it gives you
reference how much lower you want to go.
i recommend spraying some WD40 and clean off the thread as much as
possible, then wear some work gloves and use your spring collar tools.
for really tight collars, you can engage your tool over your lower collar
and tap the tool gently with a mallet to loosen the collar.
just be real gentle...ive seen idiots crack their locking collar.
afterwards, use some degreaser to remove the WD40, set your height,
and lock the collars with your tool. goodluck.
