Exclamation Strange noise when turning - HELP!

Every now and then (not constant, and happens more when cooler outside) I get a strange rubbing/grinding/clicking noise from the front passenger wheel when taking a hard LEFT turn (weight baring on that wheel in the turn). If anyone has ever been in a FWD car with bad CV joints, it sounds very similar to that.

The dealer "couldn't replicate the sound" (f'kn shocker there, eh?) and said everything looked good when they lifted the car and inspected it. Anyone have any ideas? I'm hitting a road course in a couple months and want to make sure I get this corrected if it needs to be! Thanks!

if its a clicking sound you're hearing out of the window, it might be the rear axle clicking. ther's a tsb about this.

^^^ Thanks, but this is very different from that. I have also had a little of the clicking noise from the rear axle - this is def coming from the front.

I've recently been hearing this too in my 03 sedan. can't figure out what it is and it doesn't seem to happen with every hard left turn.

I've heard it twice now myself at very low speed left hand turn. Almost seemed like loose lug nuts or wheel bearing loose. Strange since it was only the two times and I've driven 1000's of kms since.

I also get this, and I can feel it in the steering wheel as well. It is very hard to tell when going straight, but when I'm making swooping RIGHT turns (like an interstate on/off ramp) I gets very pronounced. I am almost certain it is coming from the front, and it does not happen when I turn left.

Any ideas?

i asked my uncle who works with cars and he said that there might have been some water in the brakes or something
