if ur into performance and noticable drop, go with tein-s. simple as that.

go with tanabe instead...I have them on my car and they have a considerable drop. I had Tein's before and they sagged....

H Tech's don't give you as big of a drop as the S Tech's. The ride isn't too bad either. I have S Techs and I love them. They give the G an aggressive stance. Some people like getting the Tein H Tech springs for the 350Z because it is a stiffer spring rate. It all depends on what you want bro. Are you going with aftermarket wheels??

If you want your car to perform, upgrade your shocks. You're not upgrading anything until you upgrade them. And remember higher spring rate = less body roll. I would get a set of sway bars as well. Search for posts by kenchan and Gsedan35... there is TONS of info on springs...
