one night to decide

hi guys, yes another "is it a good deal thread"

I just got a quote from two of the dealerships around the bay area (oakland and marin) for a 2006 Ivory Pearl AT G35. it comes with premium and sports package. they offered 35k for it and comes out to be $38.2k out the door. went on edmunds and calculated that the invoice was $35,148 with the options. i suck at bargaining so was wondering if this deal is decent. Thanks!

See specs in sig, I paid 36k even OTD. I would NOT pay $38k for just premium and sports package.

I was wondering what the tax rate is where you guys are at? Here it's 8.25% so I was thinking maybe tax would result in ~$1k difference in price.

Tell em you want it for $36k otd, if they say no then go somewhere else. Try Pleasanton, that's where i got my sedan for $36.2 otd.

You guys need to stop compare the "out of door price"! we all have different sales tax rate, even me and oppajer lives around same area, we dont even have same sale's tax rate (8.25% vs 8.75%) and some State dont even have sales tax!
