If it is in EXCELLENT condition it is still semi over priced. KBB would rate it at about $26-27k tops

 

that is quite high for 40k+ miles.

Yeah thats kinda up there. I got mine (04 LR Auto/ no extras) $26K wit 17K miles on it.

 

Price may be a bit high.

Also, I'm sorry but how is 40k miles high? Just cause a few ppl found a car with lower mileage doesn't make 40k low.

 

a friend of mine just picked up an '05 LR coupe /6 MT- black int, oem 19's everything no nav for $23,500 with 25k miles. the car is clean too!

yea, clean record. no issues what so ever. He got lucky finding that one.

 

real lucky..cheapest i find is around 23k with 48 k milage..its an 03..im really lookin for 6spd..reason why i want it so bad is cause u rarely see any LR's around my area

 

for what it's worth -
in october i was able to get an 04 coupe, 35k miles, pretty well equiped. originally the car was listed at 28,xxx and the lowest they could go was 27 and i had to pay all taxes and fees. two months later, the car was still there and listed at 26,9xx and their absolute lowest, "without losing money" was 25k and i had to pay all taxes and fees. a month later the car was mine for 23k out the door (they paid all tax and transfer fees) and an additional 2k for my piece that i traded in. granted, i'm on the other side of the country, but i'm sure you can work out/find a better deal.
