thumbs up to Infiniti of Mission Viejo
Hey everyone, just wanted to share my experience purchasing my 05 G35 Sedan 6mt.
I found it on autotrader.com for $31K, has only 18K miles. I called them asking if its available, and they confirmed it was on the lot. So I told them I'm interested in the car, but not the back and forth haggling that goes w/ car purchases, which he agreed with. I told him that if he could give it to me for $27K out the door, he'd have a deal. 10 minutes later, he called me and said the manager gave him the thumbs up.
So I drive down there, and low and behold, i see my future car. I was planning on taking it for a test drive, but 1) the battery was dead, and 2) empty gas tank...I look at the salesman, and he turns beet red, says "i'm sorry, this is completely unprofessional" (for me, first time a salesman has apologized to me). So he says "let's start the paperwork, but we won't run anything until you've driven the car and given the thumbs up".
After 45 minutes, we finally get a new battery in and some gas, so i take it for a test drive and fall in love. He asks me how I like the car, i told him, so we finish up the paperwork. Total out the door price: $27,500 w/ 100K mile warranty. No BS, no back and forth.
Drive to get to dealer: 30 mins
Total paperwork time: 20 minutes
Time waiting for car to get new battery and tank of gas: 45 mins
Time waiting for detail: 30 minutes
by far, this was the most pleasant and easiest time I had purchasing a car. I highly recommend this dealer, as he gave me what I wanted to pay for in only one phone call; very courteous; financial department rep (forgot his name, but i have his card) was very fast and friendly.
Again, I highly recommend this dealership. Oh, and my sales rep is Mike Thorn

they have honestly gained a lifelong customer (well, so did Nissan). My wife is planning on getting the FX35, so we'll be going there to get her ride.
Oh, and she saw me trolling the FX forums here, and now she wants to lower it on 22s
