and what does being smart have to do with buying the vehicle. a lot of people buy the vehicle, myself included.

there really isn't a difference between buying and leasing on the buyers end, you just tell the salesman "i want to buy it" or "i want to lease it"...they give you the appropriate paperwork. i don't really know what you are asking.

i don't get the fight but I thought you could always buy the lease at the end of the lease period.

 

it is usally a lot more to buy it at the end of the lease then it would have to buy it from the start

 

oohh ok thanks the only thing with that i think the payment are cheaper a month.. when finance i think it is more.. spending roughly around 40k how much of a down payment should i drop....

 

It really depends on what you want for a monthly payment. If you go to edmunds.com they have a bunch of calculators that let you play with the numbers.
