so yeah what ever happened with this.. they figure it out yet.... if not id say sell it and get you a new one and a loan at the same bank

 

They figured it out. I didnt get penalized since I continued the payments even though they returned them. Too bad. It was a good free ride

I dont see how they could penalize you... seeing it was their fault...

 

man... that sucks dude.... you could of been an a$s h0|e and said "hey! you said its been paid off and you kept on returning my payments, so I talked to my layer and he said its legally mine" then you can try to fight for it and probably win lol.... just a thought..

As expected. It doesn't surprise me.

Other customers would have been paying for your car and their mistake if it wasn't figured out. That wouldn't have been right.

 

I sent it back. I dont feel like getting a lawyer involved when I signed at contract to fulfill the payment on my car. I see it as I got a break in paying my car
