Horrible dealer - Gold Coast

I want to start by saying that this was just my experience and would just want to warn other people looking for new/used cars to try and avoid this dealer, or to simply watch out.

I have talked to Infiniti however they can not really do much other then have my complaint.

I first called them because they had a black 6MT for a pretty good price however i live far away so nothing was set. Then i am told that they just got in a 06 6MT with everything (had NAV) with less miles and only 1.5K more. So i set up the trip (3ish hrs)

I called the day before to make sure they had the cars and i got "yes we still have both i will have them ready" when im almost there i get a call, the 06 sold last week. i was like wtf you told me about it 3 days ago. anyway that is when i should have ran.

but i went anyway to see the 05. it was nice had a few spots in the paint and stuff but other then that it looked good. Now i understand that it is a used car but i thought there was a reason to go to a certified Infiniti dealer.

skip ahead a few hours.

im in love and have my new baby (05) by the next day every light on the dash was on.

I call and all i get was its under warranty take it to a closer dealer. Whatever i do it only to find out from them (Ann Arbor - Great dealer!) that my pads where gone pretty much and had to pay for new ones (almost 600). Not only that by i was told they never would have got away with selling a car like that.

Under warranty items - i guess they have no inspection :/
- new crank sensor
- new arm rest (they paid for it)
- CD player did not work - lame, i tested the radio and it worked and i thought they would see if the thing worked

Since this time i have tried to call and email and no one will talked to me about the issues. i guess i should have been a better buyer but they should have been a better seller.

ps: one more thing. i was told i would get the front plastic plate thing and a owners manual in the mail. i have neither.

Sorry this is long i just thought other people should know that i found this dealer unprofessional and honestly sneaky ******.

i have spent the last 2 days calling about 10times being told someone would look into the my issues and then call back but they never do.

I spend 26K on a car and you will not give me the manual and front bumper cover like you said. WOW

That is terrible. Not that it would help much, but I would certainly contact Infiniti's corporate HQ.

Its just annoying that i would have thought that when a young person got a car they would want to try and build some sort of relationship because i could have been more then happy to buy more cars from them if this went well.

i have given up on getting the money for the breaks but i really want what he told me i could have. He is saying that he thought i just wanted the front plate off and when i asked for the cover he misunderstood and said yes he would give me one. Well that is still a yes.

That is who i talked to and on the phone he said i thought i was talking about something else at the time and that he could get me one for $52 or something. So i left a voicemail with the manager. but i know he will not call me back so i have to call after work, im going to call infiniti first and see if they can try and help.

ok. not longer IMO it is not FACT,

ok well i called Infiniti and had them call the dealer about the front cover and they said that they can not cover the cost and will not replace, but they will sell it to me at dealer cost. Whatever i will pay more and give money to someone else because this dealer is the cheapest and sleezyest dealer.

maybe i will just by a new bumber
