06 AWD Brakes?

06 AWD Brakes?
I've been reading about the brake issues with the 03s and 04s. My question is are the brakes better by 2006? I'm specifically looking at the AWDs.

the AWD G 2006+ doesn't have the brake pad wear/dust problem from 03-04. Only the 05 AWD g35 carried over the braking system from the 03 and 04s.
