Looks like Ford released the numbers for the 2015 lineup

2015 Ford Mustang 3.7-liter V-6
300 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque, choice of six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission.
Changes: Drops 5 HP, may be due to emissions

2015 Ford Mustang 2.3-liter EcoBoost I-4
310 horsepower and 320 lb-ft of torque, choice of six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission.

2015 Ford Mustang 5.0-liter V-8
435 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque, choice of six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission.
Changes: Larger intake and exhaust valves, updated camshafts and pistons, forged crankshaft and rods
With the ecoboost starting at $1K more than the V6, and having better peak numbers (haven't seen the TQ and HP curves yet however) I think the 4-banger might sell well.

Yeah, plus power is gonna be only semi relevant. I'm sure it'll be geared very mildly for mpg, have an open differential, and a shitty auto or 5 speed. It'll probably be juuusst fun enough to drive so that people buy it before realizing it's a pos. Haha

I think they look nice, and should handle better without a live axle....I have read that they will be heavier than the outgoing model. They need to do something crazy with the next SVT model to keep up with the hellcat.

Not a dodge fan, but it's hard to hate on that motor. I'm sure people are lining up to pay a massive premium to buy one....not me though. I like discounts & factory rebates too much.
