New Car buying

Hello,
I am going to look at 2007 G35S sedan tomorrow, I have done some research, but wanted to check with Infinity gurus to see if there is anything in particular I need to pay attention to, the car has 170K miles.

Dealer or private? Actually either way I'd really be careful just because of the miles. Not to say it isn't/can't be mechanically in great condition. I am assuming the price is a factor or no? (to be considering 07 w/170k). Are you familiar/mechanically knowledgable with cars? If not, you have second person(perhaps mechanic you trust) that will assist you on this purchase?
