Factory incentives on 05s? Best deal?

I heard from my salesman that Infiniti may be offering some incentive on 05s starting tomorrow (Friday)? Anyone know the deal?

What is the best deal I could expect on an 05 now from a dealer with lots on the lot? Invoice? Under invoice?

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

I was told there are some incentives on the '05 Sedans...nothing on the Coupe though. You should be able to negotiate a great deal right now, they need to blow the '05s out as the '06s are on the way.

Last week I bought an '05 Coupe loaded (5AT, Premium, Sport w/ 19s, NAV) for $35K+ TTT. Sticker was $39,400, and invoice was $36K. I believe I could have done a bit better if I was more patient, but the car I bought had the exact color combo I wanted plus all the right options.

Good Luck.

Infiniti's website shows that there is a 1.99% financing special on the G sedans and that we should check with our dealer for the rate on the coupes. Would anybody that financed recently be willing to let us know what your rate was? Also, it would help if you gave us your credit score for reference.

Any dealership people on here have any inside info. on what the special financing rate is for the coupes?

I'm not sure about the '05 Coupe, I didn't finance mine. IIRC, they didn't offer anything special with regards to interest rates....

As of right now, there are no incentives on the coupe.

The sedans have 1.99% financing for 24 and 36 month terms only.

There are no current lease deals.

I bought my 05 G35X on 8/31 and got 3.99% financing on a 60-month. At the time, there were no rebates for the X, but the 5AT and 6MT sedans had $1000 marketing support for the dealer (people were getting below-invoice deals then.) I got straight invoice because I wanted the X.

You will probably not see anything drastic until the 06s hit the lots (late Nov-Dec) but by then, you are buying whatever the dealer has. If you are not extremely concerned about options, you waited this long - wait a few months more...

HTH,

Infiniti of Pleasanton....It took some work to get the car at $1K below invoice, but they weren't able to play any numbers games with me b/c I was neither leasing nor financing the car.

I focused on negotiating the actual price of the car. Then I wrote a big check.....

well every state has different leasing prices but i know if you try to pay under invoice they will probably charge you some fee of delivery fee, prep fee, etc... which just brings you right back up to invoice.

there are no incentives on the coupe -- i just have great pricing on them. and low financing is only on 2005 sedans

Congrats!...Cash?...must be nice . They are sticklers about the 6 spd's though. I doubt $1k under invoice is possible for a MT.

Thanks. I wasn't considering a MT, so it wasn't an issue, but the Nor Cal dealers were pretty aggressive, I think a good deal on a MT could be had with some negotiation, but again I don't know how deep they'd go....
