Hello Newby here

Hi all new to these forums, i am purchasing an 03' G35 Coupe next week. It's been a dream/gotta have car for me since the car first came out. Anything i should be on the lookout for when purchasing this car. Any tips for aftermarket stuff would be appreciated.

Thanks all, MikeVG

congratulations.... i am a sales consulant at Infiniti of Massapequa and just watch out for any car that has been repainted especially a pre-owned. take advantage of getting a certified warranty and there's a huge aftermarket out there for cosmetics as well as performance.

Ask about the brakes and brake warranty. 2003 and 2004 models have VERY aggressive brakes, and tend to wear very quickly.

Also, look out for ticks, rattles, squeaks, and other noises from the cabin. Ask if they'll let you take the car in for "adjustments" to fix these problems for the first X miles or months or whatever if any should pop up.
