Leasing a 06 Best monthly payment 0 down?
I am looking at getting out of my lease on my acura tl type s very shortly and was wondering what you guys were paying on your leases? I don't believe in putting anything down on a lease, and like to have 15,000 a year on the contract. What is the best you guys have managed to work out and also on the pricing of the car how low. I am wanting auto with navi, aero package, and sport package. Thanks

Just leased one. Coming in soon...
'06 G35 Coupe - 6MT - DG - Graphit Leather - Navi - Premium - Aero - Rear Active Stear - Sirius - Trunk Mat
MSRP 40680
2995 Down (Covers Tax, Tags & Fees, Sec Dep, Acquisition Fee)
57% Residual
.00219 Money Factor
526.5 a month
Calculated Cap Cost... 38500. Not bad for this car in my area...
2100 under MSRP or about 1000 over invoice according to Edmunds.

I just put $10k down on a lease, resulting in a $300 monthly payment (fully loaded '06 6MT) and far less total interest paid over the course of the lease. I could have certainly gone with some long term investment with the down payment and exceeded the effective 5.16% APR, but to me the lower monthly payment was worth it.

Best offer I ever got with 0 down on a $40250 MSRP 06 (Premium, NAV, Aero, Active-steer) was $611 (tax included @ 7.95%). I've decided to wait until April after I pay my insane state and federal tax bill to get the car.

Back in late summer was the perfect storm, low MF 112-139, high residuals, 58%, factory incentives resulting in sale prices 1500-1000 below invoice, and relatively high stock levels.
I suspect the killer lease deals will come back next fall when 07s are available.
