well after months of debating to buy.. then several weeks of trying to get approved at dealers for a brand new car.. i decided to go to my credit union and got approved up to $35k.. vehicle im looking at

2004 coupe, 6mt, Ip with black interior, nav, premium, aero, etc. loaded. 6K original miles imaculate condition from a dealer trade in. Asking $30k..offered $28k. what do u guys think would be a good deal here?

I was first tryin to get into a used 05 but could not locate for the life of me the options(nav, premium, aero etc.) exterior (IP)and interior(graphite or stone w/black dash) i wanted together. it was always one part missing either no nav but everything else. or every option but sand interior just not feelin it!.. this car has everything i want looks wise and options wise its just an 04.. not an 05.. the wheels im ok with cause im buying rims very soon and dont mind the 04's.. would rather have the extra 18 hp but not that huge a deal.. anything else im missing from 04-05 thats worth me to wait it out and find the 05 or just go for this really good deal on the 04? thanks guys cant wait

you should have offered 26 and walked b.c then they will try to get you back in. be like yea this car is 3 years old blah blah blah. they would call you and take it down and then you reoffer like 26.5. finally you'll get it about 28K and you'll be happy. what i'm guessing will happen now bro is that they'll just get you to settle at 29K which btw still isnt that bad for a car with that low mileage.
