i use my "official" address out in the boonies, rural vs urban makes quite a difference. the discounts are nice though, i got one for living with my folks (another reason to use that address), for my then clean record, even for being a engineering technician... was a big jump for me, last car was 32$/month, now 188$/month.
Call them the day you turn 25 and they should be able to adjust it then and then you don't have to wait for renewal.
I have my clients call me when they hit 25 and then drop their rates that day.

I do have to say the Giecos customer service is awsome. After 1st 05 G was hit I had a rental in less than an hour.
Hi there
This is a Canadian thread and Geico isn't a player up here

If I'm reading it correctly, looks like about 1340 yr for the G before some multi-discounts, about $2000/yr for both my G and my wife's 99 Expedition, with Alberta Motor Assocation. I think we're getting a little hosed, since I'm 45 with a clean driving record. Looking to get some quotes soon.
I'm 25 and paying about $1330/year for the G alone (it was less when I had 2 cars insured).

Speaking of cars and insurance, Christian, how are you doing getting the G fixed up?

1200 a year for plates with 700 deductible, plus 170$ for package policy that gives me a much better 100 deductible for collision/comphrehensive. I am 26 and with the only insurance company we have, the government run SGI.

I honestly have no idea, I've been out of town most of the week to attend my grandfather's funeral. I'll update you when I know more.
