Stephen....I have heard of some members using lower octane juice, but from my experience, the higher the octane the better. There's even some who use 94 to feed their baby..

I personally use 91 in my M as I did in my G-Sedan and G-Coupe. It's more money but worth the added expence when you look at engine performance, and longevity.

........and oh yes, the higher the octane the more the detergent in the gas, and that helps keep our engine's parts cleaner.
In the long run, that can add up to a big saving.

Yeah it's high but finally came down 10 cents yesterday. Govt. regs just screw it all up

I think reg is 112.9 now prem is 119.9
