On the way in this morning......
Almost at work when a large piece of pressed paper hard board flew up & whacked me right in the Nismo
When I got to work I was afraid to look.
... The poly bumper, absorbed the shock no problem; f/g would have cracked for sure.
... The chipguard saved the paint; I have a large white splooge that came off the board, but it'll buff right off of the chipguard

Ouch
, I know the feeling Ian, that chipguard has also saved our hood on one occassion. Glad it saved your front end from getting scarred up.
That stuff is a very worthwhile investment.

More motivation for me to get this stuff =)
Btw, how bad do you think it is to commute on 401 every day..
I see accidents happening everyday on 401..which scares me away
from actually commuting on it everyday

LOL, Godmans, It's not my 'cup of tea' to commute on that hwy every day especially at rushhour, but hey, lots of people do it daily so you won't be alone...........
Didn't you say you have a new job and that driving it now is a necessity????
Sounds like you have to get used to it in a hurry....

What time do you start work?
Earlier the better. I start @ 615am every day so the 401 is not too bad traffic wise and I'm usually done by 230pm so I don't run into the traffic coming home.
I travel from the DVP/401 to The Allen Expwy + Lawrence Ave( about 15 min drive).
I've only been using the 401 since April so these are just my observations.
I've been caught in traffic only a couple of times coming home( it was after 3pm) and it took me close to 45 minutes to travel the same distance.

I believe if I can get my starting time to work well with the GO.. I would definitely minimize the need of putting my G on the brutal 401.
On the bright side, if I cant get to work by GO, 401 shouldn't be that bad (except the million rocks and debris there...) since I am anti traffic: from Downtown to Whitby for work.
Btw, 6:15Am to 2:30pm !? that's early man...my colleagues are always laughing at me since they start at 6:45am..and I am not in my office until 8:30am lol
