Yes that sounds reasonable. Be aware if it is the urethane bumper from Mod City you should expect the shop to have to do some fitment and finish prep work to have a quality job.

Let me qualify by saying the only personal experience I have with them was by email correspondence. I do not have a bumper from them. I opted for an '06 OE sport bumper which was much less cost and a direct fit. I researched on this site and all the posts I saw claimed there were some fitment and quality issues that all required various amounts of body shop work to rectify with the Nismo. I questioned Mod City and they disputed any dissatisfied customers or fitment issues and restated their policy. Given what I had read and the fact shipping/broker costs etc would be mine I decided not to proceed. Elrooko is a Canuck who had his done and is satisfied with the finished product. You might want to do a search in the Body forum and also make contact with him.

You're welcome. I'm actually wrong in saying my only correspondence was by email. I talked with Ken there twice but could not get comfortable with their product and offer.

edit- my (insurance) cost for install and paint of new OE bumper was $370.

With any replica bumper there will be fitment issues.

I paid about 600 all in for the Nismo to be installed
