Road Trip ... Which car is safer?!?!
So I'm going on a mini road trip tomorrow afternoon, and I have spend the last 40 minutes arguing with the lady which car is safer to take. As she just ran out of the room in anger (don't you love when they do that) I decided to consult with my trusty G-Unit over at Driver.com
So on one hand we have me, who believes the G with winter tires is better. It is newer, lower to the ground, has better braking, and feels more like you are "driving" the car.
On the other, we have her, who believes the benz is better. It's an '05, c230 kompressor, with only rear winters ..... yeah yeah, I know, but I'm cheap The benz feels like I'm driving a boat compared to the G - to her, "smoother ride means it's safer" ....wtf?!!!
I mean, I don't know any specifics about either car, but I just feel safer when I drive the G. So here is a scenario. I'm driving and hit a patch of black ice, or it starts raining heavily, or I have to swerve to avoid an accident, or have to break hard, etc etc etc. Which car do I stand a better chance with?
C'mon fellas, don't let me be wrong! ... even if I'm right, I'm still wrong, right?

(I'd make a poll out of this, but I'm not sure how )

Happy New Years to all, and remember to stick to those resolutions

She's going to have to bite the bullet and agree with you on this one, (tho it might be a costly win for you, Troy.. )
Take the G and have a safe and happy trip...
