Sorry about that! We don't wish any of that on our US friends.

Besides we need Florida intact so we have somewhere warm we can retire to...and drive 20 under the speed limit.

So, so true. Please let me remind you what while it is 20mph under the POSTED limit, it is more like 35 or 40 under the EXPECTED limit

I've been following your and Shane's weather for the last few days and it's really changed....first the cold for a short time and now heavy rains and some snow.....
Be safe and I hope the flooding doesn't transpire.....but those damned winds must be a PITA tho....

Other than a little snow and cooler temps (about 0) things aren't too bad now after that nasty ice/snow storm last Sunday/Monday/Tuesday.

We're still very lucky here .......

Thanks Colin.

Yes, it's changeable for sure. It was d*** cold Wednesday. I almost felt like I was back in Winnipeg although its actually way colder there. However the sea smoke on the harbour was truly beautiful.

We get a bit accustomed to the winds but I still don't like them. The snow seems confined to NB. It's +4 here now adn the wind is picking up but no major rain has started. Our snow may be gone after tonight. I wonder if we'll have the thunder like we did a few weeks ago.

Good point! I could get used to the expected limit right now.

It is eerie but very beautiful isn't it? I would like to have some shots of that too. It guess it happens when we're beyond a certain differential between the water and air temp.
