Well I finally got the tint put on and ended up getting it for free because the heat gun melted my door panel a little bit. They are fixing it though so I guess it was worth it!

Too bad 35% looks waaaay too dark and I'll most likely be pulled over in no time.
Sucks because it looks really nice on the car!

Guess I should fix the date on my digicam too....

Looks great Ron. The OB and graphite interior make it look even darker. Getting it for free is a great deal if they fix the door panel. I can't tell but is the grain gone from the door panel where the paint is removed? If it is it's more work to correct otherwise it should be an easy spot dye match rather than doing the whole panel. That's what I would want anyway. PM me if you need any more info.

Yup she's melted right off, as long as they do a fairly decent job I don't care too much it's not 'that bad' If I wanted to be a stickler I could make them replace the whole panel but I doubt I'll go that far with it.

Looks great buddy! We both know the Rothesay cops aren't the most lenient, so just don't give them any other excuse to pull you over! They haven't bothered me with my 35% so far and no front plate........knock on wood!

It looks awesome with the tint, much better IMO!

A hard plastic expert will be able to duplicate the grain with a mold and match the colour with a proper dye. G/L

Considering it's illegal to have 'ANYTHING' on the sides here it's pretty dark

Ron, actually it's legal in NB to have any kind of tint on the the rear passenger and rear windows. It's your driver and passenger side windows that are illegal.

Here in NS it is illegal to have any window tint on any windows.
