We have had 25 count them 25 snow storms this year. I put new runners on the snowblower this year and they are worn out from my aggregate driveway already.

We had two days earlier this week +11 and +12 and now back to reality. Our lawns were bare the past 10 days or so and now lots of snow again.

Enjoy the ride.

All this talking about sunshine and fun made me run downstairs to my basement and start polishing my 20" summer rims in anticipation of this years summer crusin..........now back to reality, as I watch another 10 cm of the white stuff fall from the sky today. If winter keeps going at this pace, the snow won't melt off our lawns until August! Enjoy the vacations down south that I've been reading about-----just bring back some of that summer heat to good ol T.O.

Wow, another day of crap today (Wednesday).......4 to 5" of snow/ice pellets/freezing rain....... and promises to make driving dangerous ......be safe out there everyone.

Looks like down east got a major dump again and has a freezing rain/snow/wind warning for today.......altho you, Deane in the Halifax area, should get off lighter.....

Be safe and take care -- stay home if you can, Shane...

It's bAAAAAaaaack!

Just got in from the worst commute of the winter.
We have 20+ cm at home & still coming down.
Roads were completely unploughed until I got to Richmond Hill area,
& even after that it was hit & miss.

...I guess the school kids are happy though; Snow Day... no school buses running.

Sorry to hear that Ian and Colin.

Nothing here yet other than very slippery streets due to a tiny amount of freezing rain overnight. Schools are canceled in anticipation of what's to come- a cm or two of snow, freezing rain and then heavy rain. High is forecast for +8 later and the next few days and it's -3 right now so doubt it's going to amount to anything. Just messy in the process. Yesterday it was +9 and we have bare patches beginning on the lawn now for about the tenth time this winter.

Be safe everyone.

i heard on the radio this morning that despite some bus cancellations it looks like most schools are open.

roads were pretty crappy for the most part this morning. shoveling my driveway.. i didn't think that it was really bad. did the city run out of money for street plows or something? most likely they were lazy and sipping on some tim's.

Apparently Toronto needs more money for tourism (Fort York, Science center, adertisements, ect.) than seasonal weather services. Idiots!
