This is interesting stuff. I think this is going to amount to something. Most of us know it is true. The question is can it be proved.

with the GOC that's just covering their bases so they can easily access files, info etc. is my guess.

Just saw the lawyer on BNN for a sit down interview. I didn't get the strongest feeling about their case from what he was saying. He says it's early days and it will be a while before they get to the stage where the courts rule on whether they can go ahead as a class action suit. In naming GOC he kept saying simply they had to be a a partner or have had an agreement in place for this to happen with Benz and BMW.

 

Interesting.... they probably don't want to say too much in the early stages.
.....the more publicity this gets, the better though!!

 

That's true. It's not that the argument was weak he really didn't say too much about the details of the case.
