snow still on the ground middle of june

it's amazing, but even after all the 30+ degree heat, there's still large piles of snow on the ground, i'll have to take some pictures.

the largest are still several hundred meters long, and a good 15ft tall.

of course they're so filthy they don't really look like snow any more.

anyone else dealing with this lingering reminder of winter?

snow ?!

everything has been clear in toronto for some time now. weather has been really all over the place though when it comes to rain and temperature. one day it will feel like 35 and the next like 15. we've also had some pretty heavy rain and storms. i thought they called for a dry and hot summer ... i guess we'll find out in a few days.

...i still can't believe u've still got snow on the ground though

Saw some them when I was through there a couple of weeks ago....
Snow removal piles, along #20 where you exit on #15 to Champlain bridge.

It is pretty dirty & grungy, ...hard to tell it's snow.

You're telling me there is still snow on the ground in Montreal? I was planning on heading out there next week.

LOL... yeah, don't forget to put the snows back on

....It's just mini mountains in empty lots, created from snow removal.

That's a long time for snow to melt. My inlaws have lived in Bathurst NB for over 60 years and said they had more snow than ever before. Theirs just left a few weeks ago.

Anyone see the hail in north of GTA yesterday?

It was owning my mom's new A3 pretty badly... Thank god for good OEM paint, no chips or dings as far as I can tell.

the city probably could have opened them as ski hills and recouped some of the snow clearing costs.

don't worry, it's still hot and sunny, and the "parade" is on, don't let some snow turn you around (:

I got a video of the hailing too. Apparently not all the area had it, but mine did.

Good video David.
Your mom couldn't put her Audi in the garage to protect it.

No snow in Winnipeg since May except for the huge snow dumps covered in sand around the corners of the city.

My MR2's sitting in the garage with two engines and bunch of parts lying underneath the car. It's a single car garage too

A3 had to be outside, hell, my garage had so little space that my tranny and blown short block is on the driveway
