Pretty big, actually. You get to choose; there are 5 optional sized bins, the size you pick reflects on your yearly property tax bill (larger the size, the more you pay). With free weekly green waste pickup Beth & I keep our garbage to one 22L bag every two weeks. I'd say an average family will probably be able to go with the medium sized bin and have room to spare.
