Deane, I was chit chatting with a friend of mine/co-worker today and he was telling me that he spent three days at Tatamagouche last week and played two rounds at Fox Harb'r. He was saying that while playing Fox Harb'r was an absolute treat, it was by no means the highlight of his trip. My friend went with 7 other guys, one of them being really good friends with Ron Joyce. During their stay all of them went on Ron Joyce's 65ft boat over to Charlottetown and Ron Joyce went with them. All food and drinks were provided by Mr. Joyce. When they got back from Charlottetown, Mr. Joyce gave them a personal tour of his new 33 million dollar 161ft Yacht. My friend was telling how amazing the inside of this yacht was.

Anyways, you'll probably be seeing his 161ft yacht coming and going from your property.

Great story Shane. Your friend travels in the right circles.

I kind of doubt a yacht that size would be able to be moored at the marina near Sand Point. It's way too big!!

I read a story in the paper about his new yacht a while back. I must not have the right recollection because I didn't think it was so big. The paper said it's smaller than his last one which I saw once in Halifax Harbour moored right by my old office. In any case your friend witnessed it. WOW.

I had a slide show tour of Greg Normans boat a year or two ago. It was crazy.

Deane, I was just doing a search on Google to see if I could find some pictures of his new yacht, and I found an awesome slide show. All I can say is WOW!

Oh, and my friend said that Ron Joyce is a real drinker and loves his Vodka.

Great find. That's very beautifully done and tasteful.

I'm not surprised to hear that about Ron Joyce!

If I added up all the money i spent at Tim Horton's in the last 25 years I might be able to afford a cheap knock-off.

Yeah, no kidding eh Ian. It's very rare that I buy coffee (I always make my own), but I know a number of people in my office that spend a small fortune at Timmies every month.

The cold and snow got me dreaming again....Just had to post another picture of the village nearby the property and part of the Bay we're located on. The vertically located road on the right side is the one we will live on. Property is about 6km down Sand Point Road on the right 500 feet from the end of the road.

I had to break for dinner before I could fix my pic. Thanks for doing it for me Wayne.
