If you have seen the series "The week the women went away" Wednesdays on CBC beginning January 21 you will have seen many shots of this village, surrounding area and directly of our land. In particular all of the boat and harbour shots are directly in front of our property Barrachois Harbour showing the marina, fishermans wharf and the multi coloured condos. (The same ones in my pictures here.)
It's been interesting to watch for H and I because of that connection.

^you'll probably find the reality show pretty hokey but we're watching to meet some of the local characters and see the nice aerial footage. I think there's another 4-5 episodes left.
They were filming last September when I took a trip up to show my mom the lot.
