our plugs are iridium and good for approx 150k to 200k kms (I believe your 04 has them too). They also don't need ignition wires as they are individually coil-packed. If you actually have those kind of kms, try cantire/partssource for ngk iridium(not 100% sure if these are available) , or even just buy originals at the dealer.

I think as much as you could do is change your air filter, and fluid swaps (rad, tranny, diff., etc.,) based on your kms.

Of course, I may be wrong.

Where about do you live?

Changing the plugs can be a real chore if your not handy. The back two plugs nearest the firewall are a real pain to get at.

Read your manual to see what needs to be done.

I reccomend Simone Performance if you want a professional to do the work.

IMPORTANT REMINDER!!!!!

If you change your plugs on your own, please, don't be stupid, be mindful of how much you torque them down. My buddy overtorqued and stripped the treads into the head (very pricey repair$$$$). What an idiot!

If you dont have one (3/8 drive torque wrench), I believe partsource will 'rent' you one for free (buy it then return it), or you can buy a cheapy one with a needle and guage for about 10-30 bucks depending where you look.

I 'got the feel' for it after doing this so many times i don't even use it, and usually you won't need it, but if you are not confident in measuring your strength when torquing, use a torque wrench...especially on the G.

Vic at Simone did mine at 130K. I coulda had it done cheeper, but felt the piece of mind was worth it.

I forget what I paid. It was close to Stealership. Give Vic a call and ask.

I ordered my plugs from http://www.clubplug.net/canada/

I did it myself, had to disconnect a few things, but it wasn't too bad. Took about 2 hours to do.
