Weather stripping lube?
Took 15 min. with the heat gun to get into N's caravan. Any suggestions ( no, I'm not going to scrap it yet ) as to what I could apply to the weather stripping? I did a search and Lithium grease was sugg. or some "no longer availabe" stuff.
Thanks in advance.

admittedly we don't see the same weather out here (and i park indoors), but i use 303 to condition the rubber weather stripping. it seems to keep the stripping tack-free, with no sticking...just a thought.
Sam, I just run a silicone lube well into the weatherstripping in the fall on a warm day and let it sit for the day then rub off the excess. It works great. Too cold to do that now.
For now I would suggest a liberal spray with Aerpospac 303 or just some silicone spray. That should help,
