Great news calgary!!
Hey everyone, I just wanted to let everyone know that HYATT INFINITI now has a new Service Manager!!
His name is Ken Day, a really nice guy who just moved here from Waterloo. I actually talked to him about my car for easily a half hour and got my navigation problem looked at again. Ken called in one of their mechanics (Erich) into his office and consulted him about my navigation problem. Erich took a quick look at my car and pondered some potential causes of my navi problem. Unfortunately nothing seemed to match the symptoms my navigation experienced. 15 minutes later, Erich was back in Ken's office and had found a solution that matched my navigation problem; Ken immediately booked my car in to have the navi problem taken care of. I honestly cannot tell you guys how happy I am with Ken's performance so far. I let Ken know about our forum here and let him know what type of experiences other G35 owners had had with Hyatt; Ken wanted me to let everyone know that he is here to help everyone and wants to ensure that everyone has a good experience at Hyatt.
I told everyone about my last experience at Hyatt where I was ready to sell my car just so that I wouldn't have to deal with the a**holes at Hyatt. But after taking my car in today to have the taillights changed out I noticed a difference in how I was treated. I hope you guys notice the same change next time you guys go in.
Basically, Hyatt now has a nice guy who is actually willing to help us owners out, rather than telling us "come back when the problem is worse" (thats what the previous service manager told me about my navigation)

I have not been there once yet with my car, I was trying to avoid it, but I suppose I will take it there once for a 30k mile service and to fix my tire and axel click perhaps. They probably wont like a us car though.
Good finally a decent dealership in Alberta. I might have to bring mine down for some small items I need taken care of. I am not real keen on Errickson in E-town they made everything seem like I was really putting them out and I should be thankful they were helping me out
Thanks for sharing... I would never have gone back there otherwise.... I may just have to pop by with my american ride and see what he says!
