The Cobalt SS was a decent buy until Hyundai released the Gen Coupe. Nowadays Gen Coupe > any budget vehicle ever made in the past 100 years. Yea, it's that good.

ZING!
I'd rather have the Gen Coupe than the G37. IMO, they butchered the clean and timeless lines of the G35 coupe. The 370Z on the other hand, now there's a fine piece of motoring.

I dunno man... I signed for a G37S and then cancelled the order because of this sh*tty economy.... that car is an amazing drive, take the g35 6mt, and then breed it with the interior of a rotti and thats the g37s... so comfortable, smooth and quiet, but then when you open her up she sucks you back into the most amazing sport seats and she screams..... I havent driven the Gen but im not expecting the experience to relate one bit... when I finished test driving the 37, i was almost embarrassed driving away in my 04 coupe... just for a second though! haha

IMO.

i drove a G37x coupe and a G37xS sedan, both are so nice to drive, coupe felt more compact to me especially in turning. the suspension is definitely softer then my 05 G35 coupe, the hood raises up so much and you have to see the dash to believe how fast your at 100 already. the sedan is sooooo soft and quiet you cant notice that you actually have power. noise insulation is really good on both cars. they are more luxury then sport for sure but they are both really quick. my car in comparison makes a bigger fuss wen it goes and its very bouncy on bumps. leather definitely softer in the G37s and interior wise much better built quality. the sedan felt to big and soft to me but some might prefer that and the coupe felt heavy and luxury, neither gave you the feeling of a sports car just fast luxury cars with the ability of sucking you into ur seat easily, awd system is awesome no wheel spin, the only bad thing about the cars to me was the seating was sooo high of the ground other then that good luxury cars. id still take the much better looking G coupe over those any day but thats personal preference.

I like the new sedan, and I know about all the improvements, but the lines on the new coupe are just so wrong to me. I have to like a car's exterior before proceeding, and I just don't.

i love the look of the 37s slammed, but the front hasnt grown on me at all. It has a "butter" face.

That's what I think too, it's too fat and round. Somebody will make a nice kit for it though and it will look mean. But until then, not interested I'll stick to my sedan.
