04.5 or 05
04.5 or 05
Well this is my first message on this forum and I was hoping someone could help me. What should I do wait for the 05 or just by the 04. I can't find a definite date on the 05 sadden release. If it is a month or two I think I can wait but any longer will be hard. Or do you people think the 05 is definitely worth the wait? This years model, I was going to get the aero and premium package without the navi. Someone please help directing me.

Welcome to G35Driver, Koolaid. This is a fun and informative site, and we're glad to have you as a new member, and prospective G owner.
Personally, I would wait for an '05, but that's up to you. You may not want to wait.
An '04 would be a little cheaper and available now for you, but the '05 would have the latest technology and a few improvements over previous models.
Good luck with your car hunting and let us know what you decide.

Welcome Koolaid..
The other thing to consider is the price.
The discounts are not likely to be too much when the new one comes in.
Myself, I didn't think the changes were that much to worry about.
I got my G the end of May, the things that did it for me were;
1. I just could not stand waiting any longer
2. the car I wanted was in stock
3. I was able to get a good deal ($3000 off sticker)
04 Silverstone G35, 5AT, Prem, Aero
ES100 225/45-18 front 245/40-18 rear
Borla TD, Z-tube, Eibach, 35%Tints
