8000s are fine, that's what I have.

I have the 8000's. They work great, dont really slip at all, just have to be careful coming up as there is not really alot of clearance between the bumper and ramps without removal.

Rhino Ramp 12000 can support tires up to 9.5" wide.

I picked it for the width

I'm not so sure...IMO the approach angle is a little steep if you're really low. My stock-height sedan is fine, but you might want to look at the angles or try some out first if you can. OR figure out some way to cut down the angle like make your own small pre-ramp.
