Definitely happening again today. I'm on IE, forgot to notice if it happens on firefox at home.

Sorry guys, nothing new in the way of updates on the issue.

I think this is happening on a few IB sites.
Probably the ones that share the same servers....

Mine is ok today... perhaps they have a server cluster of some kind and one of the servers is goofy.

Came back to check it out and both Chrome on 1 computer and IE8 on my lappy are doing it. They need to sort this out.... if it was in the SOCAL section it would be fixed already!!!

It seems okay by a few of us with IE7, and you have IE8, is that something to do with it

Comes and goes on my Mac with Firefox. Next time I see it I'll check if Safari is also plagued.

For me, it's an intermittent problem that shows up in Firefox and IE7. I haven't tried Safari.

I think the issue starts somewhere in the site links at the very top of the page, because they are totally hidden from view when the problem shows up.
