Im painting my Calipers.

I have a G35 Coupe Its in MINT condition with Low Km.

Im deciding if i should Paint the Calipers I dont have Brembos YET I still need to save abit more.

What caliper paint do u think is best for My G?.

None.

Painting stock calipers is very, very rice.

Don't paint your calipers, it's tacky and just draws extra attention to the fact that you have tiny stock brakes. Either wait to get a used set of Brembos or get the Akebono kit.

painted floating calipers are my pet peeve. if you have a rust issue paint em black.

the best laugh is painted drums. it screams HEY LOOKAT MY DRUMS!

i had mine painted black so it wouldn't be as noticable...stock calipers are too small

Yea don't paint them a vibrant colour. Just something that blends black, dark gray or silver, and even silver is pushing it.

Use VHT caliber paint. You can get it at Canadian tire.

they have this product on ebay. its a fake brembo look which is plastic that goes over ur brakes and looks (looks) like a real brembo.

well.. for someone that wants the aesthetics of brembos without spending 2000-4000$... even if you could afford it... if you don't track your car and don't really care about the extra stopping power but want that sexy look, why not ?

i do not have brembos... so i have painted my stock calipers black so i can hide them from the world a lil better...lol..

^IMO, because they don't look sexy.
They're plastic junk, that justs hold heat & brake dust.


FWIW, I'd recommend the G2 epoxy paint from Tirerack.
I've used both & the G2 is much superior to the VHT stuff.

It used to be a school back in the day now its a Children aid center Located in Etobicoke Off of islington
