No not the block heater...the voltage stabilizer hooks up to your battery and plug the unit into the household outlet. And the fuel stabilizer is also a good thing as mentioned by Gordon.

Haha at the block heater question!

Do Inifinitis come stock with block heaters?

I assumed it was an opinion and never bothered to look to see if I had one, then in the spring I found the cord. I was shocked, although back north in -35 it started with no problems all winter.

I believe they are standard on Canadian models.
