Do you guys know which kind came standard from the factory? Does it warm up the oil or coolant?

It's a coolant immersion block heater located in a frost plug.

That is all that is required. Your engine block is an enormous heat sink. If you wanted more heat you would need to install 2 heaters and your electricity bill would take a big jump.
Years ago on my 440 Cuda I had two block heaters installed, one on each side of the block.

 

Sorry, I meant when I'm already driving, I find the heater fan not warm enough for me.

As for the block heater; used it first time last night, and the engine/coolant definetly warmed up a lot quicker, so I'm pleased with that!

 

T-stat could need replacing.
