^ The women also accounted for 16 of 24 medals in Turin as well.

Agreed, but the body type in question was Cheryl Bernard's. We'll take our chances.

While Cheryl is definitely a tight package, especially for 43, personally I'm a bigger fan of Winnipeg's Jennifer Jones (despite the fact she's a lawyer, LOL).

And a couple of those Swedish gals are very watchable.

While normally that kind of behaviour would not be tolerated, we made an exception in the name of safety.

LOL, I didn't hear or see anything about beer on the ice until I searched it just now, but hell, what could be more Canadian that that!? The IOC needs to unclench its collective sphincter.

^ I wonder if the reaction from the IOC would of been different if it was the men's hockey team instead? They didn't seem to care when Montgomery chugged a pitcher of beer after winning his gold.

I think their (IOC/COC) big issue was with an underage participant who was sipping some champers and beer, but as far as I can tell nobody was in the forum at the time, everyone else had left so who gives a crap.

Like Shane said, ........if it were the guys, they wouldn't even bat an eyelash.

They are being a little prudish and should loosen up a little.

I think you're right Colin.
Of interest; The under age that they're so concerned about is a month shy of 19 & a resident of Quebec where she is of legal age.

True, Ian.
You'd think they'd cut the gals a little slack in light of their unusual 'success' lately (allround).
What prudes and prissies.

^ Nope, you are definitely not the only one Deane.

Apparently, Cheryl Bernard was in a swim suit calendar and this is her on the cover. Wish I could see what was inside.
