Not yet Gord, he has not payed for it. If you pay for it before Swivel does, you can melt it.

Thank you, it should look alot better by the time I am done.

Ya i don't think anyone knows what it takes to polish parts until they have tried it, I started in the 90s but this is the first project i have done for someone else.

Here is my work in the 90s

Of course my car now it will be much improved with many changes and tons more polished goodies when its on the road again.

Haha, just giving you a heard time.

Polishing is NOT easy. Granted air tools would make it so much better, but not everyone has that luxury. We did my plenum last winter and I was ready to quit by lunch time.

I agree air tools would make it 10x easier.

No the electric drill in the one picture to remove the rough casting and sand paper with my hands it all I used. I think those would be too rough the deep the gouges you leave with coarse paper the more you have to remove with fine paper.

Just in case you guys think I'm a deadbeat, the agreement with 350Z T was I'd pay him when I see him, probably at the first Alberta Meet.

Hopefully I can make it up to Red Deer either this weekend or next to collect the cover and the plenum, maybe lend my unskilled labour to Sylvan's reassembly effort.
