Maui Jim Customer service rocks!!!!
I have a pair that are at least 5yrs old
I lost one screw that holds one side of the lens.

..so I dropped into the service depot in Mississauga.
They replaced the screw & tuned them up on the spot with no questions.
In addition they gave me a new hard case that was much better than my old one and cleaning cloth as well.

Great to hear. I thought you might have a screw loose somewhere After they tuned them, did you have them Dyno'd too.

That's great to hear. I've been debating for some time laying down the cash for MJ. I think I need to start some shopping.

Nicely done!

Fortunately my MJ's are still in perfect condition, but it's nice to know great service is there if I need it.

Great to hear Ian. Although I haven't needed to use their service yet, I sure love my two pair of MJs. They are so worth the money!!
