That was one of the strangest days ever.......
IIRC that was the same day that we found Colin's detailing kit.
I believe that was "body" kit.....Ian. Wayne will know for sure......

I think that 'kit' will be around as long as we will be.......

^^^^ I forgot about that, too bad I'm away from home for the week, I have the pics still on file at home.
Good times for sure.
That Square 1 meet was weird, we had sun, rain, sleet, and snow all rolled into one day.

Didn't want to mention Colin's Kit, but I remember it all, no matter how hard I try to forget. It was a hairy experience.

Just want to thank all you guys (Wayne, Ian, Colin, Roy, Sam, etc...) for putting together such a great forum - your hard work has paid off I would say! So far it has been very useful for me and the first place I turn when I need information on my car OR just to read about the latest and greatest from a bunch of guys who love this car as much as I do. I even come here to read a good joke every now and then. I look forward to meeting more of you next summer (unfortunately could only get out to the 'legendary motors'\ 'rockstar' day this year - but thoughly enjoyed it). Missed the Canmore meet by a day when I was out in Calgary\ Banff in September (the Hyundai I had as a rental would have definitely raised some eyebrows if I was able to attend) - maybe next time SwivelHips...

Chris.

What a brilliant post! Those were the good old days, Wayne! I jumped in at the time that i feel like the site was most booming. Didn't really get the 'close knit' feeling like back in 04 though.

Wish I could have been around!
