GEE35FX's Cross Country Tour

I thought it would be good to post up a bit of a report with pics on our trip Cross Canada and US from Ontario. I have been too busy enjoying the trip so far, it is amazing. Karen and I have travelled just over 7,200 kms so far. We are just over the halfway mark on our trip.

We are now staying in Kelowna BC for a couple of nights.

Hi Bill, yes all my pics up until tonight were taken with my Canon G9. The same camera I have been using for years.
EXCEPT, tonight we had a boo-boo. We went down to the Kelowna Waterfront (You never know, we might spot the Ogopogo Monster). When Karen got out of the FX she dropped the Canon on the pavement, I think the camera is pooched. Karen was sooo upset, but shiznitt happens. So tomorrow I will try to pick up a new Canon in the same updated model, the G12.

Just got back from a nice dinner on the Kelowna waterfront.

I will post more pics from the trip. These are just a few of them.

Karen and I enjoyed a vist to Swivelhips house. We met Mrs Swivel and family. Of course we enjoyed a brewski there as well. Nice family Swivel .

We met up with the Alberta Boys for a meet in Red Deer. It was great to finally meet everyone even if it was raining cats and dogs. Thanks for the help Gord and Dustin, the travel directions you gave Karen for our trip from Jasper was perfect, we loved it.

A pic at Red Deer with the boys. More pics of the meet are here: Red Deer Meet Pics
