It was stupid they had a lock out and it will hurt the US cities that are full of fair weather fans like Phil but the Canadian cities will still sell out every game.

I watched the North Stars when they were in Minnesota, and then was thrilled when they came to Dallas.... I just don't think NHL in USA will be the same, but I stand by my comments, 10 games take off, show the NHL what it could be if no one cared, mabye a bunch of over paid cryers (owner and player included) would figure it out, probably not, Baseball and Football nearly shot themselves too.... NBA is always close.... sports is and always will be full of primadonna don't fool yourselves into thinking, they care about the city and the team, they only care about the money they'll make, and the next city that offers them the big bucks.... well that's where they ALWAYS wanted to play.... it's a dream come true (i.e. Deion Sanders with Cowboys and Redskins) think anyone ever always wanted to play for the Red Skins.... lol as if.....

Oh, it's ON, Oil Boy! I'm working downtown now so that will make it easy for you to buy me lunch when the Flames crush the Edmonton TimBits in their first tilt.

 

I have tickets lower bowl for Mondays gave vs the ducks, I tried to get some for Saturdays battle of Alberta but a VP muscled them off me I'll put lunch on the first game Tuesday they play in Edmonton.

 

Well I made TV on the Flames vs Ducks game, 6th row seats in the corner...only bad part is lots of people saw me at a Flames game...how embarrassing . I have second row tickets for the Flames vs Oilers Saturday. If nothing else my new job has a few perks swivel are you busy stirring your Metamucil?? your team looks weaker than last year Iggy has lost a step and they are in trouble hopefully they trade him for a couple prospects.
