I'm looking to get my compression rod bushings replaced with the energy set.

Anyone go to a shop in Toronto to have this installed? How much did it cost you?

1,5 hrs max. It's a simple job, any garage can do it. I don;t even remember who did it for me.

my mechanic charged 1 hour for both, but he was in there doing a bunch of other stuff too

 

yes, but you live in LA, most compression rods are seized to **** up here in the rust capital

 

Can you provide the shop contact info where you go the work performed?

My mechanic hasn't done this before, i'd rather take it to someone with experience and the hydraulic press on site so i can get this done at a reasonable price.
