Have you taken any pics of you G since you've had it polished?

No, but I'll see if I can in the next few days. The paint is better than when it was new IMO

Thanks. That was a fast reply. One setting is a park only 1 mile from the house and the lake one is only about 3 miles down the road. It is a beautiful wonderful narrow curvy roller coaster drive
Hey thanks everyone. Actually I have a Permashine treatment that I had thrown in with the car purchase- included interior guard, rustproofing, and exterior shine which needs an annual refresh. I asked them to repolish with a high speed before applying the new treatment which costs me $50 every year. So all I did last year was wash it with the wash stuff they sell me for $9.00 a bottle which lasted all '04 and it'll be the same deal this year. No waxing, buffing or polishing I had my doubts initially but it seems to work well
Waxing the stuff they put on dulls the finish apparently.

Thanks Wayne. You must be very close to that kind of scenery too and a much larger lake of course. Where I live, Dartmouth is also called the city of lakes as there are about 20 small ones. The lake in my picture is part of a canal system that was built in the 1800's before we had trains here. There are about 4 larger lakes connected and a series of locks that stretch roughly 20 miles. The 2 park pictures I took are right by one of the locks. It's pretty interesting. I run in that area frequently.
