Hi all,

I am looking for a manual g35 coupe and I found this one, tell me what you think of the price.

2004, m6, 35000km, rear tires must be changed, Brembo break pads never been changed.

Price: 35239$cdn + both taxes (own by infiniti, car is lease, I basicaly buy the rest and residual value)

Tell me what you think, should I try to deal more?

That's a pretty good deal. Keep in mind to be sure check the Service record as well. Replacing brembo brakes pad and rotor gonna cost ya a lot, but you can always go for aftermarket. Analyze the service record and find any record from the prevoius owner complains about the tranny, clutch or any other problems. Other than that... go for it.

Not this car, description is similar but it's not the same color.

Guys said it's loaded, going to test drive the car tomorrow. I don't think it comes with navi, he would have specify it over the phone.

I already call my local infiniti dealer for Brembo replacement parts....$$$$$ unbeliveable!!!!!!

I will definatly going to buy aftremarket parts, I am not a "extreme driver" and I can replace them by myself.

What you said about the "service records", do you mean at the dealer or the guys receipt/bills for maintenance?

That price sounds right. I am looking to pick up similar km's same package for +- $1,000. Plus being a private sale you save on GST (or is it PST, regardless money in your pocket).

I haven't looked into the tires myself, but one thing about that one description that you should be careful about...

"rear tires must be changed"

I had a pair of Michelin Pilots on my Tiburon which is a very soft compund tire with quick tire wear. Mine lasted till about 50,000 km before I had to replace (some Auto-X and drag included). So well especialy since it is the first couple thousand km's and the rear tires must be replaced (RWD), make sure you check the front tires too. You don't want a car that someone pounded the crap out of to 'break it in' cause you might have things breaking before they should be.

since it's a lease and I buy it from Infiniti I pay both taxes, buying a someone else lease + residual value is not a private sale...

As for the tire, since they could not be rotated (different size Frt/rr) I tought it was pretty good 35000km on rear stock michelin...Am i right? front is still good for this summer with no problem.

Ya totaly missed that.

But for the tires, ya I'm not 100% sure on how long the rears normaly last on a RWD car, granted the person drove nicely. In the end with proper rotations, my Pilots lasted till 75,000 km on a FWD, and thats when I was told 'they must be replaced', so I replaced all 4.

I guess I should do more reading since it will be my first RWD car...
