Sylvania Silverstar
I found an ad in a classified where this person is selling brand new Sylvania Silverstar bulbs for $25/pair. I purchase 2 pairs from him, 9007 and 9003 (aka H4).
When I picked up the bulbs yesterday, he mention that he still have 9003's and also different formats. He is located in Brampton but you can arrange to meet him at a convenient location.
You can reach him at this email address apg1320@hotmail.com and mention that Jeff referred you.
Thought that I pass on this information to anyone looking for Silverstar. Canadian Tire sell the 9003 for for $28 each.

HID is supposed to have a blue lighting to them right?

Had Silverstars (highs) and PIAAs (lows) in my Accord, since my wife is a glasses wearer, to help with her vision while driving at night. Dare I say, that when we compared them directly to my father's Accord with OEM bulbs, the difference was [ouch] night and day.
I have nothing but praise for the substantial improvement realised with said bulbs. Money well spent.
Cheers,

Karim, there are others here with more expertise than me in lighting and the lighting forum may be a great resource to you. Unfortunately there is also a lot of misinformation on their too. I believe the lows are HID Xenons which in the '06's have been upgraded to projectors. The lows are halogens #9003 which can be replaced with brighter whiter bulbs like the silverstar (which I have on my car).
They are a PITA to change IMHO. G/L
