Yep.... Their mechanics are just inept, thats for sure. I am taking my car somewhere else where I know I will get the proper attention to my G. Right now the high recommendation is Oakvile With me coming from Pickering its going to be a trek to get an oil change and stuff. I guess I will have to plan the mileage ahead to it comes in on the dot.

I switched over to Oakville from Alta. Been there for two services so far and have been pleased. Also haven't had anything major done yet but they seem to know what they are doing.

I've been using Oakville too, and I'm happy with their service, mind you, it's just for an oil change!

Technically, you can still take your car to Jerry at Erin Mills Mazda for non-warranty work.

Hey guys! I would be happy to do maintenance on your G's Z's or any letter of the alphabet....I even carry MOTUL. You can reach me at j_liu@erinmillsmazda.com I will do my best to service your cars needs. For example our LOF is $34.95 plus taxes and enviro levie for most cars. $15.95 for a tire rotation.

All you need to do is email me- Then I can see what can OR cannot be done.

Cheers!

Can we service our Gs at a Nissan dealership? There isn't an Infiniti one too close to me and I'm trying to see if I can get it serviced at say Village Nissan. I'm sure it'd be cheaper too?

indycase, you can service your car at a Nissan dealership, but for warranty work, you have to go to an Infiniti dealership.

Shane, I think for convenience, Infiniti allows you to go to Nissan dealers since there are so many more of them down your way.
Up here where there are many of each, Infiniti isn't so understanding and confine us to brand name dealerships (for warranty work)...

It's silly really since there can't be much difference between cars.

Yeah like 10 Nissan dealers but only one Infiniti/Nissan dealer (here in Halifax)for all of Atlantic Canada.
